2. Our Services
We provide custom digital creative services including, but not limited to:
- Twitch Emotes
- Animated Emotes
- Stream Overlay Packages
- Mascot Logos
- Stream Screens
- Twitch Badges
- VTuber Models
- PNGTuber Models
- Intro & Outro Animations
- Other custom graphics and animation services for content creators.
EISP Graphics provides both custom digital design services and a selection of premade downloadable digital products. The terms applicable to each order are described in the relevant service or product listing and our Refund Policy. All artwork is created digitally and delivered electronically.
3. Custom Design Process
Every project is created specifically for the client.
The client is responsible for providing:
- Design requirements
- References
- Brand assets (if applicable)
- Feedback during the project
Failure to respond for extended periods may delay delivery.
4. Intellectual Property
All artwork remains the property of EISP Graphics until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved artwork is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
EISP Graphics reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials unless the client requests confidentiality before the project begins.
5. Revisions
Most packages include revisions as discussed before the project begins.
Minor revisions requested after project completion may be completed at our discretion as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Major redesigns or changes to the original project scope may require additional charges.
6. Delivery
Digital files are delivered through one or more of the following methods:
- Discord
- Google Drive
- Dropbox
- Other mutually agreed digital delivery platforms
No physical products are shipped.
7. Payments
Projects generally begin after payment or according to the agreed payment schedule.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout or on the invoice provided to the client.
8. Project Delays
Delivery timelines begin once:
- payment has been confirmed (or the agreed milestone payment has been received), and
- all required information and reference materials have been provided.
Client delays in providing feedback or required assets may extend the estimated delivery time.
9. Limitation of Liability
EISP Graphics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
