Delivery Method
All products and services are delivered digitally through one or more of the following methods:

- Google Drive
- Dropbox
- Other mutually agreed digital delivery methods
No physical products are shipped.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the complexity and scope of the project.
Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during the order process. Typical delivery periods range from 1 to 14 business days, depending on project requirements.
Revisions
Where applicable, revision requests included within the purchased package will be completed within a reasonable timeframe after receiving client feedback.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project requirements
- Responding to feedback requests promptly
- Supplying necessary files, references, branding assets, or information required for project completion
Delays in client responses may affect delivery timelines.
Completion and Acceptance
A project will be considered delivered when the final files have been provided through the agreed delivery method.
Clients are encouraged to review delivered files promptly and notify us of any issues within 14 days of delivery.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect email address, inaccessible communication channel, or lack of client response, EISP Graphics will make reasonable efforts to contact the client and arrange successful delivery.
