Refund Policy

At EISP Graphics, we specialize in custom-made digital products and services created specifically for each client. Due to the nature of digital and personalized work, refunds are subject to the following conditions.

Before Work Begins

Clients may request a full refund if the project has not yet been assigned to a designer and no work has commenced.

After Work Begins

Once work has started, refunds are generally not available as time and resources have already been allocated to the project.

Custom Orders

Custom designs, including but not limited to stream overlays, logos, emotes, animations, VTuber assets, and other personalized digital products, are non-refundable once the design process has begun.

Revision Requests

If a delivered design does not meet the agreed project requirements, clients may request revisions within the scope of the original order. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, EISP Graphics reserves the right to retain all payments made to cover work completed up to the cancellation date.

Duplicate Payments

Any duplicate or accidental payments will be refunded upon verification.

Unauthorized Transactions

If a customer believes a transaction was made without authorization, they should contact us immediately at info@eisp.io so the matter can be investigated promptly.
